I'm 45, male and I've been doing selfbondage since I was a kid.
Things I find mandatory when doing selfbondage:
- Crossdressing
- Gag
- inescapability (not actually but as close as possible)
Because I always imagine myself as a damsel in distress, I have to crossdress. This includes pantyhose, heels and a short dress. I don't do makeup, wigs or breastforms but I'm not necessarily opposed to the idea.
My favorite gag consists of a ballgag, 3 strips of duct tape over the lips, 2 strips under the chin and 3 more over the lips. Finished off with self-sticking bandage wrap. If I could handle mouthpacking, I'd do small mouthpacking before putting in the ballgag.
It's about 50/50 when I blindfold myself. If I don't, I'll put on some bondage porn to watch on my phone while struggling. Before anyone says anything, I have an app that hides all of it.
My favorite position is the hogtie, with rope. I will sometimes use leather cuffs for expediency but if I have the time, it's rope all the way. I am able to tie my elbows together as close as 8" apart. I am also able to tie my wrists behind my back in such a fashion as to require a knife to get free. I don't waste any rope. I will tie my feet, ankles, calves, below the knees, above the knees, thighs, wrists, waist, elbows and chest. The more rope the better.
I'm otherwise a pretty normal, straight man.
