Here is an adjustable ball stretcher made from a piece of belt, cord, and maybe self-stick elastic tape. The short cord with two large knots is the puller/divider (two large beads would work for the knots as well). It is held with the knots in front of and behind the scrotum while the body is applied. The stretcher body is about 9 inches of 1 3/8 inch wide belt. Wrap it as tightly as desired around scrotum, then hold tight with pre-tied loop of cord or self-stick tape. The divider cord can be tightened as a splitter or weighted to stretch the balls.
