and screw it into the wall , but make sure it is above you head by at least 1ft to 2ft
2. create a special ring device and anchor it to the O screw
3. Take handcuffs and attach a clinch noose to the middle of the chain between the cuffs
4. thread the other end of the cinch noose rope into the special ring device, so that when u pull the roped the handcuffs raise above your head
5. insert any toys
6.frog-tie your legs
7. cuff you hand behind you back and pull on the free rope in the special ring device

I can't even lie about this, I think I only have three times ever on this forum.
