Aside from what Jenny just said, which I think rope is really just a given, no?

Our most used item is a chastity device. A CB-6000S locked on me with my wife holding the key.
We also make good use of adjustable straps and velco cuffs. They are a little noisy, but allow quick release if there is a knock at the door.
A bed frame with 4 corners helps a lot.
and my wife enjoys a Wii vibe from time to time.
