Emergency Release ideas?

I don't have an emergency release and I probably should. I might do the sciss lock but i am also very interested in a forced drinking some nasty liquid. Anyone have any tips on how to do that?

Pee into a baby bottle...
set it at a level you can easily reach...
Tie a cord to the bottle...
Run up to a pulley (or loop) to a weight attached to the key...

Now, to get free, you need to empty the bottle to make it lighter than the weight.
When the bottle is lighter, it will rise and the weight and key will lower to within reach...

Test that the weight will lower all the way first!
