So, a little background into this first. I've met someone, and we've been going out for a bit, I've mentioned my enjoyment of bondage to him, however he's really apprehensive about it. Now I'm mostly submissive, so its not like I'm asking to tie him down, or anything like that. How should I go about this, as this seems to be pretty much the biggest thing holding us back right now, I really like him, and would love to have him dominate me in some way.

OK, try this,
Buy, or create, a harem outfit (think, "I dream of Jeannie"), or something similar...
Add a hobble chain (or rope), and one for the hands, long enough to give you good reach, (Like about 1 foot)
Invite him over for a date, and you cook him a nice meal.
Serve him the meal, calling him "Master" each time.
Afterwards, he gets to do anything he wants...
