Does anyone know how to set an uploaded YouTube video as Adult Content?

you can't.

you can only set it to private, which allows you to specify up to 25 members who can watch your clip.

the "adult"-function seems only avaiable via reporting a clip.

yeah. youtube sort of frowns upon adult content. every now and then on 4chan you will see threads that are like

"QUICK GO HERE THERE IS PORN ON YOUTUBE OMG OMG OMG OMG"

almost like they never seen porn before.

and being on 4chan, its practically impossible to avoid porn. either way, underage, and immature.
