Not too bad...
but I think you missed one detail...
A pyramid has a triangle or square base and will stand on it own,
and is stable and won't tip over...
I did not secure the feet because your job is to start at point "A"
and travel to point "B" for your release...
I like your idea, it is more like the "Stay in the dark ..." scenario...
Did think of another add-on...
When you release a button, it turn on a shocker, (attached wherever..)
or a small motor that will tighten the rope, (attached wherever...)
after 30 seconds the light turns on...
when you press the buttons, the light and motor turn off... The motor
will slowly reverse and slacked the ropes to where it was before...
(could add a rope ratchet that will keep some of the rope so that with
each use the slack gets shorter...)
(or reverse the rope motor, the only way to get the slack is to turn the
light on, else the rope will keep you on your toes... )
