Cerena's New Elbow Restraint

I constructed this to replace my previous one that I discarded.
The same idea though this is easier to slide my arms from once I've released my wrists.
The handles are from my resistance band set & are just the right size for my arms, they're quite comfortable as well, better than my previous polypropylene rope.

Safety tip: whenever you wear a neck collar always make sure it cannot pull back against your wind pipe. Mine has a canvass strap with a quick release dog lead type at one end & a small D-ring at the other that is connected to the front of my rope body harness.[attachment=0]neckcollar.JPG[/attachment]
