Long term ankle shackles

Post by hanscuff »

Hi all,
I would like to know if there any folks out there who wear iron ankle shackles and chains, having them locked on for long term, barefoot of course. Or think or fantasize about it. I love this myself, and have always been into it my whole life, and somehow feels wonderful! Please give details, and what type of ankle shackles you are using. I have many sets of ankle shackles and pictures, and I love them!!! I get locked in iron ankle shackles every chance I get... and  and :D
Thanks,
Hanscuff

A long time ago, I came across a Thread about a Canada Man that had a set
of leg irons, and handcuffs each with a 12" chain welded on his body.
He lived in the back woods of some little community, and would come into town
once a month for supplies. The whole town new about this man and accepted it.
At the time, he was wearing the chains for about 5 years. He wore a skirt because
pants could not be removed. I never heard what happened to him. This was
maybe 8 years ago, and he was about 50 then.

I have worn many different ancle shackles, and some of them even the entire weekend. I find that most of them are not really comfortable to walk in, so it usually ends up with me not walking around much.

Currently I use a pair of darby legirons. They don't have any sharp edges, but are rather heavy so I certainly feel I'm wearing them.

Thanks for the replies!
I want to hear more stuff!
I do have many sets of iron ankle shackles, and I love them all! As long as I don't walk really fast, they are alright to wear long term for me. I just the feeling of them locked on, and all the mental aspects as well, and scenarios to do with them. You can buy just about any kind of them on EBAY. I do wear shackles a lot outside as well barefoot, and love the look! I have the Chinese legirons that I love, as they are heavy and they have rouded edges, and very very solid! No escape from them, and they are comfortable for long term, as they are designed for that! I also have heavy dungeon shackles, 2 inch wide iron on a heavy chain, and I use big old fashion locks, I love that look of medeival stuff! And I have many types of police style legirons as well. Here is link to my pictures on another site that you will have to go through and you can see several images of my shackles on barefeet! Enjoy and please leave comments and ideas!!! :

Yes I love the wider ones too, they make good rattling and clinging sounds! I also wear them as I sleep too. No escape, and would take awhile to cut off if I had to! Those are old fashion padlocks, medieval style and thick!
