Do you watch anything before, during, or after your self-bondage?

For example, a sissy hypno clip or something else to set the mood.

I will sometimes put my laptop where I can see it put a folder of bondage photos into slideshow mode so I see a fantastic succession of gorgeous girls in bondage while I'm immobile. I have found several ways to use videos during a session.

Most often I have some porn on with headphones and a blindfold, I use them to help block all background noise.
Sometimes I will bind myself in a dark room so I can't move my head and I am forced to watch what ever video I put on.

And finally, my phone contract is due for an upgrade and I am considering getting a phone that can be used with the Samsung Gear VR for two reasons.

1. Instead of a blind fold I can literally force myself to watch as video as I can't remove it and can't see anything but the video.
2. I have an app that will broadcast an android phones camera over the network or on line with a streaming service. Having two working phones means I can set it up so I am forced to watch myself whilst bound. This idea could get very interesting if you were playing with someone else as well. If you have a release method that looks different the closer to the end it gets (such as a sock of ice / ring) you could always have the camera aimed at it forcing you to watch it get slowly closer.
