I'm trying to find the best way to do a strict self hogtie?
I'm trying to find the best way to do a strict self hogtie with only two ropes. Can anyone help me with this?

Chest to ankles is always the best way, that will allow you to sort your arms out while the ropes hold you in the arched position.
It depends how flexible you are too!
