low stress spread eagle (for sleeps perhaps)

i developed this method to be low stress as to not get worked up when doing bondage for sleeping. one of the biggest problems i have is getting the heart racing just trying to flex and bend and get everything done, then being unable to sleep from more or less just getting a work out. the locking mechanic is done off the side of the bed so that the timed ice lock can be used. they drip and leave a puddle so i did not want it on the bed.
