Need a basic scenario.

Hi, I've drawn a sketch of my room layout including some keys points:

I'd be grateful if you guys could give me some suggestions of basic scenarios.
I have:
-Handcuffs
-Belts
-10m rope
-Pulley set (for suspension off pull up bar)
-Selfbondage CD tray opener

Nice rendering of Your room, very precise for suggesting scenarios...

First of all, _please_ don't do suspension self-bondage. And if You do, don't do it on Your Pull Up bar!
(ask if You wonder why, but better read before thru this forum to see some other opinions...)

And now one scenario:
- beside CD release, please set up secondary release (string with key within reach?). Double lock!
- first tie the rope in a tight "body harness". Admire Your work. Don't indulge Yourself...
- then, while on bed, use belts to strap legs (ankles to thighs)
- lastly, turn over Your belly, and snap handcuffs. Ready, have fun now...

If satisfying, after release satisfy Yourself (will You wait for full release or do it as soon as hands are free?)
