I'm a little unclear on exactly what it is you are looking for? Are you looking for a scenario that will last a long time? What you should wear:
Full body latex catsuit with the 4 way zip.
Blindfold
Your open gag harness over this with the penis attachment in (inflatable, and pumped up nicely if possible).
Metal collar locked on.
