The idea involves a bondage chair, or a chair made into bondage. For the legs, torso, chest, upper arms, and neck it would be normal straps of whatever type. Tying yourself with all this would leave your lower arms free, and this is where the magnet comes in. On one, or both wrists you would have a U shaped piece of metal on a hinge, or a strap could work. The strap or band of metal would be used to hold your wrist down, using the electromagnet on the lock, so when the magnet parts touch, your wrist is trapped, at least until the electricity is cut. This would of course be on a timer and probably using magnets instead of a plug. This way if the timer fails, the battery will eventually run out. Now for kinky sake, there would be straps near your wrist should a friend happen along and decide to keep you there until they decide.
I would personally add other features like specifically placed vibration devices, etc. I had also thought about having the hands in leather mitts, just to add to the sensation.
