Forced to Drink

It is very simples:
A: Any bondage that makes someone to keep his or her body in a horizontal position, facing down, without moving his or her neck.
B: A bucket or something like this which releases the person if its weight is reduced.
C: Any edible liquid
D: A straw that is Always accessible to the person's mouth.
E: A cone shape plastic bag, attached to the person's neck with addesive tape and with a upper opening (so the person can breath)

This way, the person can not just spit the liquid away.

Safety considerations:
1) Hyponatremia, due to intake of large amounts of water, shall be avoided. So, if the liquid is pure water, the person who build the scenario must calculate to release him or her after 3 liters (3/4 gallons) at most.
2) Everybody must be aware of risks of strangulation. It is not necessary the bag to be tight around the neck, as long as it is firmly glued.

But here it goes an idea:

A piece of wood under the bucket, attached to a string. This string goes through a pulley on the ceiling and there is a key on the other end. Also, you may attach an objet with the keys just as heavy as the minimum to garante the release when the bucket is empty.
