I have some experience with self-bondage, but I have no idea, how the practise which is described in the picture works! Has somebody an idea?

Looks like what would be used for "puppy play" or such...
The person wearing this will be forced to crawl around on all fours, and looks like,
(Since the arms are bent) would not be able to remove it...
Any other questions???

Well, the artist 'Veterinarian', when he posted it to FurAffinity, only added little text:

Not sure whether he writes more on other places, but his pictures are usually more bondage / petplay / [########] related, never seen selfbondage there. Though this and this might fit here.
