Scenario for my first time

I am an guy that want to try selfbondage for my first time so i am looking for an easy scenario that i can try out.
Here are some things i have.

Handcuffs
some plugs
abaut 200m rope
And everything i find in my house

Hope someone can help me, and sorry for my bad english.

Since you say this is yoyr first time ...try to tie your legs together with the rope and attach that rope to the cuffs . Cuff your hands behind and you aee hogtied .Throw the keys a fair distance and try go get it . Add a gag ( but no blindfold ...) and a plug if you feel like .
