This is for the lady or gentleman who are looking to get a little extra pleasure during their run! This will work on a machine or the pavement, whichever you prefer. Here is what I have in mind, and I will try this myself and report back with the results!
Scenario:
When you prepare for your run, attach a vibrator to yourself in some inconspicuous way. Examples:
-A pair of underwear with a built in vibrator
-A small bullet held in place by carefully-placed rope
-Tight-fitting underwear with a vibrator inside of you (although this may be quite uncomfortable)
I'm sure you could Macgyver something that will keep the vibrator firmly pressed against your clit or your penis (or inside of you, if that is more your style
)Turn the vibrator on its highest setting, or until you can feel it when moving at a running pace. This will take some testing and/or a strong vibrator. Once its set, go out for the run. If you have a significant other who runs, then have them go with you. Punishment can also be incorporated. For example, say you orgasm halfway through the run, when you get home, you get whipped or something.
You must punish yourself appropriately for breaking any of these rules. Punishments vary from person to person, and if you have a strict type for a specific mess-up, then go through with it.
#1: No orgasming. Period.
#2: You must run at minimum of half an hour (assuming beginners are involved).
#3: No touching your genitals. If you have a wedgie, get it out, but no touching.
#4: If there is music, make it something sexual. For recommendations, check my list below. If there is a song that you think is sexy but not generally accepted as sexual in nature, it's fine, but it must be sexual for you.

There are several The Doors songs that would are quite sexy without being explicit and would be lovely to run to if you enjoy the band. Just use your imagination! It doesn't matter if its "Sugar" by System of a Down or "Assassin" by Muse, if it is sexy to you, use it!
