Recently, a very simple but as I think quite effective scenario crossed my mind. It's a predicament scenario.
Basicly, you kneel on the ground. You can close or spread your legs, how you wish. Then you carefully insert an anal hook with or without ball until it fits perfectly. You can add some extras like nipple clamps, vibrators, gags or whatever. If you finished, connect a long rope to the hook and loop it over a roll who is attached to the ceiling. Another smooth attachment point would also serve if no roll is available. Only the rope must be able to slide easily. Then put you upper body in a upright position where you thighs are almost right-angled to the floor. You connect the rope who comes from the roll to your bound wrists behind your back, holding your hands in a comfortable but streched position.
So now comes the predicament. As you thighs become tire, you can only give them a rest by kneeling down and therefore it pulls your arms right upwards in a uncomfortable strappado style position because of the rope connected to the anal hook. As you arms tire too, you may lower them down but this would pull on the rope and therefore pull your butt due the hook upwards. Or you rise up again against your tired legs.

. But as I see, there are good thoughts already to improve it! Another alternative would be to just to tie your lower legs together (near the knees and ankles). I suppose that it isn't that easy to stand up with the legs bound in this scenario.. I'll try it out next time!
