Can anyone come up with some suggestions on a way to keep myself bound while hard? Or any other predicament bondage using rope/belts/scarfs ect no handcuffs.

cock rings are good for that metal obviously
just lock it to anything solid the thin metal push bike looks are good make sure there is no way to unlock it (check the size is not too tight or loose .... and then you are stuck till you are soft... plus it's a good safety thing as (usually) if you panic or something that's not sexually stimulating you will get released... unless it turns you on to get caught then you only have your cock to blame
