Motion security lights turn on when they sense motion - but the motion must be fast enough to trigger the sensor which can be adjusted. IF you move slow enough the lights will not turn on.
You can set up the scenario anyway you want to match the comfort level (or dis-comfort level) that you have. Attire can be cross-dressing, semi-nude or totally nude. Bound or unbound. Unlocked door or a locked door with a can full of keys. If the light goes off you can run and hide and wait for the light to turn off (the time can also be adjusted) or just go for it.

With a bit of tinkering, the sensor could probably be connected to more interesting things than a light. Of course,that would be the end of its usefulness as an outdoor light.
