New nipple piercings and clamps

I have recently gotten a nipple piercing (getting the second one done soon) and I really enjoy clamps and any kind of nipple play really. So I have some questions for those of you with pierced nipples.
How long did you wait before trying clamps after being pierced? Was it the full healing time or did you find you had to leave it longer?
Have you found any issues to using clamps with pierced nipples?
Have you found ways to use the piercing in bondage / self bondage if any?
