Thats why i go to a bondage forum. To get health recommendations

Things are a little more complex with electricity. Electroacupuncture uses low current; but at a needle's point, you can feel 10 microamps, that's way less than 1mA (milliamp) by a factor of 100.
In any case, the shape of the waveform is important, also. Current is what you feel, but the resistance of the skin is about 5000 to 20000 ohms, and
voltage = resistance in ohms x current.

And also, especially for guys, be very careful you don't piss on an electric fence. This can happen at night when camping, especially after a few beers. The salts in urine make it a very good conductor.

I've stopped counting the number of people who have called me scary (regardless of context).

Exchange the s for a z in the word scary, and rearrange the letters, and you get crazy. I've been called that too. Sometimes by the same person who called me scary.

I would still describe you as "intriguing" rather than scary. But of course I have been working with explosives and pyro-mechanics.

To quote a guy (who had worked with cannon development) I talked with some time ago: "I've never met anybody who worked with explosives, who wasn't a little bit crazy".

Playing with explosives and hanging around with people who play with cannons...

You don't happen to be related to either Fester Addams or Edgar K B Montrose (http://redgreen.wikia.com/wiki/Edgar_Montrose)?

A quote from the latter: "What doesn't kill you will make you hard of hearing".

Which raises the greater question, when someone records a video of something that defies common sense and puts it up on the Internet, that makes it safe and smart?

sorry, candidate C.
the correct answer would have been: it's a waste of bandwidth.
