There's an exhaust port in the axis of the propeller.

Just in case some demons need to be let out. :hi:

Jenny.
and I thought, 'demon exhausts' were for motorcycles
I think, this should be combined with the recto-flute. People will be camping in front of the stores to get one...!

When I go swimming, they actually call me "the torpedo".

Neither because of my speed nor my explosive temper, but because I leave a trail of bubbles.

Another mental image of swimming in torpedo style; when diving into swimming pool, jumps in so high angle the head hits the pool floor. I guess it's the opposite of.. plank :?: style where you land on your stomach.

That would be the infamous belly flop.

Then there's The Bomb where you curl up in a ball and make a big splash. Most entertaining when there are a lot of people gathered around the pool.

No, That's usually called "Get out of the pool now, and don't come back!" They have no sense of Humour in public pools.

I must have had the French expression for it in my head. Probably a short-circuit in there...

It's an excellent indicator of the crowd's inclinations when there's an uptick in cannonball incidents after I get hired.

Early morning radio news is always entertaining while driving to work.

A couple of years ago it was reported that a wooden utility pole was placed in the middle of an Eastern Townships (Quebec) road. I even posted the image of that one in this thread. My ears perked up again recently when reports of a rogue traffic light turned up.

I thougnt, he strikes again...:

This one is right here in Montreal, and city officials quickly offered the cover story of local construction, and that the location was temporary (apparently there was no room on the sidewalk or even closer to the side of the road... ). What officials failed to mention is that they were just as surprised as everyone else and promptly put up large concrete blocks and traffic cones as an improvised protective barrier for the interloper...

In that case, it paid off to read the entire "Fun With Shipping Labels" book. \

Though he did cheat with the extra "L" to make SIDE into SLIDE.
