Maybe Hong Kong Phooey's car can turn into a stockades, a rack, or prison cell. He could have the gong on a timer to strike and release him. Or a rock frozen in ice to strike the gong and transform from kink mode.

With great power comes great, uhh, something or other. Yeah. That kid would have half as many enemies if he wasn't such a wise guy. Taunting the villains and such as he takes them down.
