While I can't make out the signature either, it's so precise and realistic I have the impression the artist worked from a photo or even a model for this masterpiece.

I don't mean to spoil it or anything (it's nice scenario for the experts), but i know i would panic big time if ending up with all that 
I guess 2 things above others:
1) On my belly, head facing forward. This is a position that takes possibly alot of practise to be comfortable for longer period of time. Easy to get lasting neck pains if not stretchy enough.
2) Tight corset with bondage is the panic part. There's something about them that makes you realize them on a whole new level when you can't take it off at will, it's same for some collars. I can play on computer for hours with tight corset on, but man if i put handcuffs on with timed key release... no way. It's a sudden "ACK, i can't breath!" moment, heartbeat rises rapidly etc. I guess this aswell would need alot of practise.
But if you have a partner to do the scenario with it would be easier.

I have had something similar to this done to me a while back. Your arms start hurting fast. The difference with mine was my hips were elevated giving Mistress access to my ass with her strapon. And instead of my hair it was a ring harness gag pulling my head back. Her boyfriend made sure he used my mouth a lot that night. In that position you deep throat with out trying.

Indeed. I would have to substitute a hood for the hair tie. Looking at the picture and the most painful part of the tie would be the ropes across the shins.
