I found this site about a week ago and noticed that they have a lot of police gear and restraints. ENDLESS amount of ideas to play with in that category... From what I can tell it's all good quality stuff as well, but I haven't ordered anything personally.
Lots and lots of handcuffs plus "transportation" restraints.
