Hi all,

I read about this in a BDSM fiction story and tried it myself. After reading my experience and tips you might give it a try.

You need: a bare wall with some room to move backward.

The deal: place your hands flat on the wall, then move your legs backwards until you are standing on tiptoes and only the top of your fingers touch the wall. Now imagine (with bottom nicely exposed) that your interogator went to get some coffee leaving you to reflect on your options.

It gets hard after a few minutes. Although the muscles in my legs and back are quite developed it became very painful after a minute of five. I managed to stay in the position for about 13 minutes before my body was in one wild spasm.

Alert: well, this kind of exercise is able to cause "sports-injuries" so please stop if you feel any really unusual pain.
