Crossdress Dare

Looking for any late night cross dressing dares have access to many clothes, skirts, dresses, shoes etc. would like it to be something I can do outside

Is this "outside" as in openly crossdressing, or "outside" as in wearing ladies' underwear under your usual clothes? If you're willing to publicly crossdress, there's not much point in a scenario where avoiding exposure is the goal of the game, and if you're not willing to, then a lot of potential scenarios people might suggest aren't going to work at all.

Also, are there any options for locking your clothes on (like padlocking a dress's zipper to a necklace or locking a buckle closed on your shoes)?
