We ran into a little snag on the last leg of the journey. Some one was passing him on the freeway and they started pointing and laughing at him. So he lost all the confidence that he had built up. But he made it here safe and sound.

If you want humiliation, how about this.
All his regular clothes are locked into a suitcase with a loc you provide; a video will show this being done.
Left out is an old outfit that can be tossed out.
He goes into a dance wear store and buys a leotard and pair of tights.
If need be, a note from his wife which will validate the reason for this. (Costume party?)
He tries them on and then pays and leaves, with his old clothes staying in the dressing room.
Now that's all he has to wear to get gas, food, or whatever.

I did this one time on a long drive. The difference: my leotard was a turtleneck and I locked the zipper with a collar.
This was before "pay at the pump" so I had to go in to pay for the gas. The female clerk loved it. And I loved her reaction to it!
