I think that it is the gag in my link with the actual gag piece cut of and worn inside out. (It can probably be found elsewhere and to lover prices as well.)

It is absolutely not suitable for selfbondage in any way or form and really not suitable to wear in any situation at all due to its extremely dangerous nature. It would be very, very bad to suffer gag reflexes and forced expulsions while wearing it. Do not even consider it. Please play safe!

An email friend wanted to know where to find one and we put our minds together and found the most likely source. I have only seen those two images that is in the first post here and I have no idea where those images are from.

It would probably work the same way as the one in the fist link. That is, it would work but it would not be possible to wear it unless you are trained really good. And even then it would be dangerous beyond sanity to wear it. Deep throat activities are not suitable for selfbondage.

Upon close inspections of the pictures you posted, which I enjoyed very much ehem, the T-shirt of the Top looks to be from houseofgord.com . You may have some luck with more images on one of those sites.
