I am really wondering why "The 120 days of Sodom" by the reverend Donatien Alphonse Francois de Sade is still missing on your list
And besides the BDSM genre the last novel by Phillip Meyers (The first Son) had some feisty scenes. It pays to check the literary sections of the newspapers now and then.

also "bondage" by patti smith or "mercy" by david lindsey come to mind, but those are
mainstream literature.
