Having a very tight scrotum normally, the opportunities to use a stretcher are few and far between. Circular rings of sufficient size to circumnavigate the neck of the ball sack tend to allow the individual balls to escape within minutes. Found that something oval or oblong was better, the length helps contain the bulk of the neck while the smaller width prevents the plums from popping out.
With this in mind I thought of a 12mm stainless Steel Dee Shackle with Allen Screw Head – Marine Flush rigging pin from SecureFixDirect. 24mm wide by 41mm deep. Only £6 and change via Amazon.
So far this is a good fit and the individual testicles have not ‘escaped’ after 14 hours. The best £6 I ever spent.
