as a fellow East Anglian, I can say that you should be able to find someone near you - have a look on FetLife for the Norwich Munch - there's also one in Yarmouth, Kings Lynn has an active kink scene, there is a regular CD/BDSM group holding parties west of Norwich, and if you stray down South you could come to the Ipswich Munch, which I organise. There are regular members at the Munches who are CD/TV/TS/TG and all variations !
