Maybe you can find a way to tie your elbows to?
it makes it way more stict but also a lot harder if you want to try to sleep this way.

hi, I was wondering if there are some good "casual" movies who are realistic about someone being tied up and gagged. Movie gags work like magic. A peace of cloth over the persons mouth and they cant make a noise. Movie ropes do the same thing. Are there more realictic movies? Thanks anyway.
