Ankle boots, mid calf, but knee high mostly.

What if you cuff your hands behind you're back, with arelease you like, so when the time has past, you can unlock your cuffs, and then lower the bar, to step off? Still selfbondage, still with a time release, just simpler :) and you don't have to do some expert building on a one bar prison. A normal...

I do, but not all in.
