I just hook the key ring to my phone antenna, so that when it drops the keys swing to my hand, just like in your release. I set three alarms that way you get a "reminder" of how long you have been tied up and how you have SOOO much longer to go before you get out.

Infranview is a great FREE software. I used it for Myspace. Its sooo easy, just open the pic, click image size and put 600 x 600 and then save. cut, print, done.

I got my real handcuffs off ebay. you can get them for like $15 a set including shipping. I cut my quick release tabs off, but they still could be used with my fingernails. trust me, just get some cheap real ones. you'll be happy you did.
