I have the deluxe ball gag from Madame-S and it is really comfortable. I've worn it for hours without any real issues. Jenny is right though, you'll always have a little bit of an ache, but it's only temporary.

Yep! That cleared it up. I want to try this one now...though I will probably make some minor changes to the setup.
