I think one of my muscles was stretched so far that it ruptured. Then again it is possible that the electricity that basically arced inside my uthera tract with such power, may have cut through my membrane itself. Anyway, lesson learned. perhaps you should not use the e-stim device, It seems faulty...

I have thought that if there is a load pulling on the rope, it would hold the rod against the side and not allow it to slide down the tube. so it should be possible to extend the bondage longer, just the weight of the arm will hold the rod in place.
I must try this.

I hate to say this but if you have blood coming from your urine then you you should see a doctor,
electricity will not penetrate the body unless the electrodes are placed internally. electricity is a lazy thing, it will always take the shortest path of lest resistance.
but I am talking about 2 volts.
